Monitoring of the legislative process in the scope of justice system

This program is dedicated to the monitoring of all stages of the legislative process, as it pertains to the administration of justice.

The program’s experts formulate analyses, opinion statements and recommendations concerning drafts of bills in the domain of the administration of justice.  The aim of the project is to elaborate the means that would permit non-governmental organizations and other entities to involve themselves in the legislative process with greater success, including involvement occurring after the completion of this project.
