Master’s Thesis on Human Rights Contest, 4th Edition

The third and fourth editions of the national Contest for the Best Master’s Thesis on Human Rights are already underway. As the contest jury will first work to assess the theses submitted during the 3rd edition of the Contest, we decided to extend the deadline for filing theses as part of the 4th edition. Thus the theses will be accepted until 30 November 2012.

The contest is open for students and graduates of all courses whose master’s theses discussed human rights issues. The contestants may be full- or part-time students of state or private universities. We especially invite students and graduates of law, administration, political sciences, international relations, journalism, sociology, social rehabilitation, educational studies, European studies, philosophy and other.

The 4th edition of the contest covers theses written in the academic year 2011/2012. The closing date for submitting theses is 30 November 2012.

Authors of the best theses will receive attractive prizes. The best ranking contestant will win scholarship at a foreign university and his or her thesis will be published. The awarded second and third prize winners will be given an opportunity to participate in a prestigious one month placement programme. Their theses will be published electronically.
