The report “Landmark Human Rights Cases 2017” contains a summary of the activities of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights undertaken as part of strategic litigation. It contains a list of precedent decisions of national and international bodies that were made in 2017. A separate chapter was also devoted to the proceedings that can be completed in 2018 and create a new approach to human rights problems.
