Rights of persons deprived of liberty. Fundamental legal and practical issues – report 2018

Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights has decided to once again present its observations regarding the current situation in detention facilities. We hope these observations will constitute a reliable source of information. At the same time, we emphasize that it is not our goal to present a comprehensive report on the situation of individuals deprived of liberty, but only to signal issues we consider important in areas in which HFHR has undertaken activities.
